Product Usage Rules

Remind:

1.VVIP lounge does not accept intoxicated users to ensure the safety of all.

2.The standard duration for VVIP lounge is 2 hours. In the event of flight delays, the policies of each airport will apply.

3.Services will be provided according to the actual number of reservations made. Additional accompanying guests cannot.be accommodated on a temporary basis. 

Any increase beyond the reserved number will require payment in accordance with the airport’s standards policies.

4. Customers are required to pay for services other than airport standard offfering.

Booking:

It is recommended to make a reservation at least 8 hours prior to  the flight’s  departure or arrival. During the hours of 08:00-20:00,

Services can be booked for more than 8 hours in advance . Outside of these hours, to ensure the proper use of the service,reservations should be made at least 14 hours in advance.

Revise:

1. Support modifying the flight number, departure/arrival date, and license plate number of the of the transportation vehicle.

2.Given that operating hours vary by airport, it is recommended to modify  reservation order at least 6 hours prior to the flight’s departure or arrival.

During the hours of 08:00-20:00, modifications can be made for services starting more than 6 hours in advance. Outside of these hours,

to ensure the proper use of the service,modifications should be made at least 14 hours prior to the service commencement.

Cancel:

Due to varying operating hours at different airports. it is recommended to cancel reservation orders at least 6 hours prior to the flight’s departure or arrival.
