Vehicle Type


Hospitable:

•  Camry, Teana, Accord, Passat or in the same class can accommodate 4 person.

•  The trunk can accommodate 2 pieces of luggage that are 24 inches or smaller, 

   or 1 piece of luggage that is larger than 24 inches.

MPV:

•  Buick GL8, Toyota Alphard, Volkswagen T5 or in the same class can accommodate 6 person.

•  The trunk can accomodate 4 pieces of luggage that are 24 inches or smaller, 

    or 2 pieces of luggage that are larger than 24 inches.

Luxury:

• Mercedes Benz E-Series, BMW 5 Series, Audi  A6L or in the same class can accommodate 4 person.

• The trunk can accomodate 3 pieces of luggage that are 24 inches or smaller , 

   or 1 piece of luggage that is larger than 24 inches.

Noble:

 •  Mercedes Benz S Series, Rolls Royce or in the same class can accommodate 4 person

 •  The trunk can accomodate 3 pieces of luggage that are 24 inches or smaller ,

      or 1 piece of luggage that is larger than 24 inches.


Rules and Services

Reservation

  • Reservation must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled pick-up time.

    (24 hours in advance for public holidays)

Revise / Cancellation

  • Changes must be made at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

    No change can be made within 8 hours.

  • Cancellation can be made without penalty if done over 48 hours. 50% charge for cancellation within 48 hours,

    and full charge will apply if cancellation less than 24 hours.

 Night service fee

  • Before 06:00 in the morning or after 23:00 in the evening, an additional fee of RMB 100 will be charged for service used.

Dress Code for driver

  • Light colored shirt, dark colored suit trousers, black leather shoes.

Free waiting

  • Arrival : 60 minutes from actual flight arrival.

Vehicle Assurance: 

  •  Advance reservation ensures availability of a vehicle. Late arrival compensation apply for driver mistake;

Privacy protection:

  • Virtual contact number for driver and passenger, with name protection;  (Available for both domestic and international use)

Safety Assurance:

  • All time GPS tracking, Emergency contacts, In-car recording (optional), Accidental insurance for million dollar (Domestic only)

Hygiene Assurance:

 Drivers are vaccinated against COVID-19, wear masks throughout the service, and vehicle are disinfected and ventilated after each  trip. 

  Disposable masks are provided free of charge.
